Payment Methods

Payment for Personal Training and Nutritional Medicine Clinic are to be made prior to, or on the day, of the training session or consultation.

We accept cash, credit cards, & debit cards.  Direct Debit can be arranged for Memberships.


Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions

At least 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel your booking. Be sure to contact the EMpower Wholefoods & Wellbeing office, with as much notice as possible, if you wish to cancel. For cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice, full payment for the session will be required.


Refunds and Transfers

All pre-paid sessions are non refundable and non transferable. Please choose your package option carefully. Please note that packages ‘activate’ on the first visit.

Unfortunately EMpower Wellbeing cannot grant refunds, exchanges, accommodate for ‘change of mind’ or transfer packages to another client or participant.


Health Insurance Rebates

Some health insurance providers grant rebates for Personal Training. EMpower Wellbeing is registered with AHM and NIB. For more detailed information please contact your health insurance provider.

Nutritional Medicine consultations may be claimed through your health insurance. Chat to our principal nutritionist Emily about your options.
