A Few Words On Why Making a Lifestyle Change is Better Than Dieting
Have you ever followed a calorie restricted diet, trained for hours at the gym to ‘burn’ off extra fat, only to end up feeling tired, hungry and deprived, thereby resorting to poor food choices?
It is important enjoy a variety of foods to nourish your body, and to improve the diversity of your diet to support a healthy microbiome. In addition, enjoying a varied diet helps to access the wonderful and broad range of nutrients in foods, including vitamins and minerals and of course macro nutrients.
Em can help you explore the world of nutrition and enjoy a wide variety of foods that are packed with goodness to support your wellbeing.
The BEST tool to help you succeed with healthy eating is a weekly meal planner. It is your “go to” when you have had a busy day. Without thinking, you know what you should be eating and drinking, and you know it is good for you.
Allocate a day each week to prepare meals that you can freeze for those really busy days. Two great examples are curries and meatballs.
